Truffles Chocolate Selection

These miniature creations of sensual pleasure from the Neuhaus kitchens are made from dark chocolate, have the most meltingly soft centeres flavoured variously with coffee, cognac, champagne, tiramisu or bitter chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder, sugar, crumbled amaretti biscuits and more… Be careful though once you start you'll find it hard to stop! 	Caramel Bitter dark chocolate filled with butter cream and coated in chocolate chips.
	Cognac A dark chocolate truffle containing a cognac butter cream centre with an outside dusted with almond chips.
	Beurre Dark chocolate filled with butter cream and dusted with cocoa powder.
	Tiramisu Dark chocolate filled with tiramisu flavoured butter cream covered with Ameretti biscuits.
	Champagne Champagne marc butter cream dusted with powdered sugar.
