Caprice & Tentation

As part of our 150 year anniversary celebrationes Neuhaus is proud to present the Caprice and Tentations Collection to highlight the success of our 2 star chocolates. Inspired by his favourite movie star, Bridgit Bardot, Pierre de Gravre, Maitre Chocolatier at the time, created these two exception pralines; the Tentation and Caprice.

Caprice is a starts with unique hazelnut nougatine shell which is then filled with an airy vanilla cream and coated with a fine dark chocolate.

Tentaion also starts with a unique hazelnut nougatince shell but is thyen filled with a delicate coffee ganache and coated in a fine milk chocolate.

Both of these chocolates have a perfect blend of texture and flavour  which is why they have retained their position as 2 of the greatest chocolates ever created.
